Eric Ngo

Eric Ngo is a freelance pastry chef instructor, photographer, and recipe developer. He attended culinary school at Ferrandi Paris and is currently working as a Pâtissier in Paris. His passion for teaching has led him to teach the foundations of French baking in schools such as La Cuisine Paris, The Ritz Escoffier, and Ferrandi Paris.
