Kathryn is a seasoned food service professional, who owns and operates a small company that prepared and served organic meals in suburban private school settings. She also prepares and serves organic baked goods at local farmers' markets. Her "lunch lady" experience led to the publishing of her cook book, "Get Your Kids Off Crap-The Hows and Whys of the Real Food Revolution." She also worked as a food columnist, as well as sports columnist, editor, proofreader, reporter, photographer and copy editor for a local publication. She also spent seven years driving the Kona Ice truck locally, and is well known as, not just "Miss Kathy, the lunch lady" but "the Kona lady" as well.
