Tara Rylie is a creative entrepreneur, professionally trained pastry chef, and gluten-free guru. After running her own gluten-free bakery for five years, Rylie decided to take her experience and turn it into a brand that would help celiacs far and wide find their groove in the kitchen again. Rylie has brought to market a line of seven gluten-free, non-GMO baking mixes, as well as a cookbook, Lick The Bowl: RylieCakes Essential Guide to Gluten Free Baking. In addition to her love of baking, Rylie is passionate about her two golden retrievers, Persian cat, and chickens, as well as reading, yoga, doing just about anything outdoors, and the environment.
