Carlos’s passion is food, and he is constantly researching and experimenting to create delicious unique Mediterranean, Dominican, and ethnically diverse recipes, along with those he re-imagines from restaurants he discovers during his travels. Providing a “recipe concierge” service to help customers find recipes for almost forgotten ingredients, his mission at Spoonabilities is “No jars left behind.”
