Carlos Leo, a professional recipe developer, food photographer, and blogger, is the owner of Spoonabilities, an online shop of select, small-batch, gourmet foods. Carlos’s passion is food, and he is constantly researching and experimenting to create delicious unique Mediterranean, Dominican, and ethnically diverse recipes, along with those he re-imagines from restaurants he discovers during his travels. Providing a “recipe concierge” service to help customers find recipes for almost forgotten ingredients, his mission at Spoonabilities is “No jars left behind.”
